This morning our office had a presentation from Jed Marquis at Premier Lending, LLC about 80-10-10 financing.
80-10-10 Financing is still out there to buy a home. The way it works is you get an 80% first mortgage, a 10% second, and a 10% down payment. This will allow you to have a small down payment, avoid mortgage insurance on the first mortage, and have a reusable Home Equity Line of Credit as you pay down the second.
