Boulder County – Top 10 Vital Statistics through May

Is it any surprise that prices are continuing to increase in Boulder County? For single family homes, the average sales price, in YTD figures, increased 13.5% from this time last year for an average of approximately $582,000. For townhomes, the average sales price increased by 20.7% from 2014 figures for an average of $333,900. In notable decreases, though, the number of active residential listings went down by 22.2% and 33.6% since 2014 for single family and attached dwelling properties, respectively. The numbers accurately reflect the reduced inventory that’s defined the local market this year. See the full stats here.
