Receive your 2017 Property Notice of Valuation?

May 8, 2017 by The Boulder Property Network

Over the past week you should have received your 2017 Real Property Notice of Valuation from the Boulder County Assessor on any property you own in Boulder County. Most people are seeing a jump in their valuations, which are based on a value as of June 30, 2016.  The  map below, from the Boulder County Assessor’s website, shows what the “Median Value Changes” have been for various areas since the previous reassessment 2 years ago.

Be sure and check out the Boulder County Assessor’s Website for a wealth of information regarding the assessment process, the sales used for the reassessment and various maps like the one above.
