Your Market Update For Boulder
The number of homes on the market continues to decrease, while those under contract remains steady. By the numbers, the inventory of available residential properties (homes, condos and townhomes) in Boulder County is 1329. A total of 466 sales occurred in June for a closed volume just over $205 million.

The first graph is showing our available inventory as of the end of the month. As you can see, there is very limited inventory and so if you are considering making a move, please give me a call. I would love to meet with you and discuss your circumstances.
The next graphs are showing the number of current active properties for sale, the number currently under contract and the number of homes closed by month for the last year. These are very much in line with historical trends that we have seen in the past.
The final graphs show month by month average and median sales prices for Boulder County.
I have also included information for both Single Family Homes and Attached Dwellings comparing 10 different important pieces of information that is helpful when comparing this year with last year at the same time.
It is important to know that Attached Dwellings cover both condos as well as townhomes with a common wall. Single family homes are detached homes.
